In her role as Lead Client Service Representative & Communications Coordinator, Allison continues to build on the strong foundation she established when she first joined Rinvelt & David as the Administrative Support Specialist. Her passion for organized data and research remains central to her work, and she has expanded her responsibilities to include designing and creating client-facing communications, as well as supporting email campaigns and event planning efforts for the firm. Her meticulous approach ensures that client documentation is maintained with care and that every account is handled with precision.

Allison has been with Rinvelt & David for three years, during which she has become a trusted presence for both clients and colleagues. She brings over a decade of administrative and client relations experience, giving her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and service. One of her favorite parts of working at the firm is diving into data entry and research—tasks that perfectly align with her detail-oriented nature and her appreciation for structured, accurate information. Her academic background reflects that same passion; she graduated from Alma College with a degree in history, a field that deepened her love of research and careful documentation.

When she’s not working, Allison loves spending time with her family - especially painting with her mom or going on adventures with her niece. She also enjoys unwinding with a good video game or a book, fully embracing all things nerdy. Her cats, Catrick Swayze and Jude Paw, are usually close by, supervising her latest quest or cozy reading session.
